Search by specialty or professional name, choose a city or video visit and, if you like, answer the preferences questionnaire. On the profile, tap “Book with the clinic”: the clinic's WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message including the professional, the service and the visit type.
Do I need an account to use Octor?
No. Search is open and you contact the clinic directly on WhatsApp. The visit price and payment method are agreed with the clinic.
Does Octor offer video visits?
Yes. Select “Video visit” in the search to see only professionals who see patients online. The message sent to the clinic already says you prefer an online visit.
Can I find professionals who accept my health insurance?
Yes. Use the insurance filter in the results or enter your insurance in the preferences questionnaire. Each profile lists the accepted insurance plans.
Is Octor for emergencies?
No. Octor is for booking appointments. In an emergency, call 192 (SAMU) or go to the nearest emergency room.
